We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, the issue will be resolved at our expense, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

To submit a claim, please contact us at no@justnoco.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the affected item(s)

Lost Packages

For packages that are lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the loss is determined to be an error on our part or the carrier’s responsibility, we will cover the cost of a replacement or refund.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or deemed insufficient by the courier, the package may be returned to our facility. In such cases:

  • You will be responsible for any reshipment costs

  • Reshipment will occur only after we receive a confirmed, updated address

Buyer’s Remorse & Size Issues

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference-based reasons. Please review size charts, product descriptions, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that go unclaimed and are returned to our facility will require payment of reshipment costs before the order can be resent (if applicable).
